Two clocks are cut and re-assembled. Their second hands work with a 1/2 minute interval, so they can join for a second, and then rotate again to opposite ways til the next round. Their unpunctionality is bringing them together. In other words, one second hand being later than the other one is actually what makes them meet, in contrast with everyday life situations.
