Deadlock, 2016
2 Typewriters, paper
'Deadlock' is a computer term, which defines a situation when two competing actions have to wait for the other to finish, and thus neither ever does. In relation to concepts such as censorship, identity and mutual trust, and inspired by the paradox the term involves, the work represents a deadlock situation between two typewriters that are connected by a piece of paper, which results by none of the typewriters being able to type without damaging the paper.
